The internet is on fire again after a blogger claimed that actress Regina Daniels’ alleged marital crisis with Senator Ned Nwoko mirrors what supposedly happened with another of his former wives, Chante, years ago.
According to the blogger, Chante who was once married to the billionaire politician allegedly went through a similar experience involving violence and substance-related issues before she eventually left the marriage.
The post read:
“Regina’s story is just looking like what happened with Chante on Mississippi Street near Chopsticks restaurant in Abuja. But the only difference is that when Chante was beaten because of the same drug issues, she was locked in a room for days. One day, they let her go because the drugs which served as ginger for knackerdamous had gone overboard.”
The blogger alleged that Chante was “beaten to rehab” and later “gaslighted in public about her substance abuse”, which was eventually used against her to take away custody of her two children with Ned.
“After all, no one will grant custody to a parent whose spouse has publicly brought out evidence of her substance abuse even if there was some exaggeration,” the post continued.
They went on to warn that Regina could face the same fate if she doesn’t act quickly:
“Regina better seek help now and fight back for her reputation and kids with a sound mind, if not, she’ll end up the same.”
The blogger also accused Ned’s camp of following a pattern enabling certain habits while things were rosy, then allegedly using them against the women once problems began.
“Same thing they did to Chante they only came out to tell the world about her substance abuse when she cried out about domestic violence. The same habit that once served as fire in the bedroom was used against her the moment she spoke up.”
The post has stirred massive reactions online, with many Nigerians expressing shock and drawing parallels between the two women’s alleged experiences.
