Former Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur striker, Peter Crouch has predicted Arsenal to lose against Sunderland in the Premier League this weekend.

Sunderland will host Arsenal in the Premier League at the Stadium of Light on Saturday evening.

The hosts head to the game after playing a draw with Everton in their last Premier League tie, while the Gunners defeated Burnley.

Speaking on his podcast, Crouch backed Sunderland to beat Arsenal 1-0 at home.

“I think going there, the crowd will be up for it. The players, it is their cup final,” Crouch said.

“I need something big and I am going to go with Sunderland 1-0. I am willing to die on this sword,” he said.

The kick-off time for the match is 6.30 pm, Nigerian time.
