Nigerian content creator and social media influencer Ashmusy is facing allegations of falsely claiming ownership of a high-end property.
Recently, Ashmusy announced the completion of a four‑duplex building in Lekki, attributing the achievement to her personal efforts.
However, a real estate account on Instagram, @superblachomes, disputed her claim, stating that the property is not owned by Ashmusy and is currently on the market.
The post read, “Ignore the lies. This property was never acquired by your fave and is still very much available for sale.”
One Instagram user, Time Stella, commented, “I don’t think she meant that she owns it. There’s a part where she mentioned ‘my business partner.’ Maybe she was managing the project. That’s just my take.”
