Barcelona have received a major boost ahead of the El Clásico following the arrival of Raphinha

The Brazilian winger had been sidelined for around five weeks after suffering a hamstring injury during international duty with Brazil. However, manager Hansi Flick has now confirmed that Raphinha is fit again and available for selection ahead of Barcelona’s crucial fixtures in their quest to winning the league.

Raphinha’s return comes towards the end of the season which is a vital moment for Barcelona as they continue their push for the La Liga title and prepare for a huge El Clásico clash against Real Madrid. There are reports from the club that the winger could initially be eased back into action from the bench as he continues building full match fitness.

The 29-year-old has been one of Barcelona’s standout performers this season, scoring important goals and assists under Flick. Raphinha’s energy, pressing, and creativity are viewed as key in Barcelona’s attacking system, especially in big games since his arrival from Leeds United.

On the other hand, Real Madrid are also expected to welcome Kylian Mbappe from injury who has also been out of action for the Galacticos.
