The spokesperson of the Delta state police command, DSP Bright Edafe, has asked Nigerians to be careful of the slogan “no gree for anyone’.

Edafe said the police is giving the warning because the force loves Nigerians and regards them as friends.

Posting via his X handle, he wrote;

‘’If someone slaps you, and you retaliates, he falls and dies. It won’t be treated as self-defense rather it will treated as unintentional murder ( manslaughter) which all depends on the result of the autopsy to ascertain the cause of death. But one thing I am sure of is that the suspect will be behind bars for a reasonable time. So I repeat, be careful of the slogan “no gree for anybody” we are telling you this because we love you and we are truly your friend.”
