The former girlfriend of reality TV star Bright Chigozie Mbata, popularly known as Bright Morgan, has finally broken her silence after weeks of being referenced in his post-show interviews.
This came after the reality star alleged that his ex-girlfriend had called for his disqualification while he was on the BBNaija reality show.
Taking to her Instagram stories, she accused Bright of constantly mentioning her name during his media rounds, claiming he had now “opened a can of worms.”
Relationship ended in August
According to her, she officially ended their relationship on August 7, 2025, and recently asked him to remove her name from a wrist tattoo.
She added that when she walked away, she informed his parents, siblings, and close friends to avoid any ambiguity.
Allegations of financial dependence
In her revelation, she alleged that just seven days into their relationship, Bright asked her for financial help, saying he had no money for food or groceries.
She claimed she continued to support him throughout their time together, insisting that her love for him was genuine.
Hints at deeper issues
While stressing that the story was “a lot deeper” than people assume, she suggested she was compelled to speak up after Bright allegedly made false accusations against her in a recent interview. She promised to address the matter in detail properly.
