The 43-year-old pop star shared a video of herself dancing to Adele’s Send My Love (To Your New Lover) on Saturday, dressed in a skimpy animal-print bodysuit and heels. But it was her long caption, not the dance, that got everyone’s attention.
Britney reflected on “sadness,” “darkness,” and the “child within,” hinting at personal battles she’s still navigating. She wrote about going through “hard things,” adding that pain can sometimes lead to “rare and beautiful things.”
At one point she said:
“Sometimes through suffering and ugliness and sacrifice, extremely rare and beautiful things can be manifested… so they understand they are not alone.”
She ended the post by joking about overeating during Thanksgiving, saying she “cheated” on her diet and “can’t even look at food” right now.
Her latest upload comes shortly after she was spotted leaving a Los Angeles wine bar looking disheveled, an outing that reportedly left her family worried about her “spiral.”
Earlier this month, Britney deleted her Instagram after a string of odd posts and a public clash with ex-husband Kevin Federline, who recently released a memoir. Her sudden return — now paired with another cryptic message — has revived concerns among fans who fear the star may be struggling again.
