Stanley Nwabali has been nominated for the 2025 CAF Men’s Goalkeeper of the Year, NEWSUNPLUG reports.
Nwabali is in the running for the award for the second consecutive year.
The Chippa United shot stopper was nominated for the prestigious award for the first time in 2024.
Mamelodi Sundowns goalkeeper Ronwen Williams won the award last year.
Flying Eagles captain Daniel Bameyi is also in the running for the Men’s Player of the Year.
Bameyi starred for Nigeria at the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations in Egypt, and 2025 FIFA World Cup in Chile.
