The Confederation of African Football, CAF, has appointed Libyan officials for the Champions League tie between Rivers United and Morocco’s RS Berkane, NEWSUNPLUG reports.
FIFA badged referee, Moataz Al-Shalmani will be at the centre.
Al-Shalmani will be assisted by his compatriots Mohamed Mangi (assistant referee one) and Bassem Saif Al-Nasr (assistant referee two).
Another Libyan, Al-Mabrouk Mohamed will serve as the fourth official.
Rivers United have already been eliminated from the CAF Champions League.
