Holders Pyramids FC will be without key trio, Ramadan Sobhi, Osama Galal and Mostafa Fathi for their CAF Champions League matchday one clash with Rivers United.

The three players will miss Saturday’s encounter slated for the 30 June Stadium, Cairo due to injury.

Head coach, Krunoslav Jurčić can, however, count on the likes of goalkeeper Ahmed El-Shenawy, Walid El Karti and striker Fiston Mayele to help his team secure maximum points in the game.

Rivers United are making their maiden appearance in the money spinning group stage of the CAF Champions League.

Finidi George’s side will be looking to make a memorable start by getting a positive result against their hosts.

In the group’s other tie, RS Berkane of Morocco will face Moroccan side, Power Dynamos.
