The Confederation of African Football, CAF, has appointed Mauritania referee Dahane Beida for the CAF Confederation Cup group stage clash between Rivers United and Club Africain, DAILY POST reports.

Beida will be assisted by Madagascar’s Dimbiniaina Andriatianarivelo and Togolese Jonathan Ahonto Koffi, while his compatriots Aklesso Gnama will be the fourth official.

Ghanian Mukaila Nassam Adam will serve as the match commissioner.

The matchday three encounter is billed for the Godswil Akpabio International Stadium on Sunday (today).

Rivers United suffered a 2-1 defeat in the matchday two fixture against Dreams FC of Ghana.

Tunisian outfits Club Africain top the group with six points while Rivers United are joint second with Dreams FC with three points.

Academica Petroleos de Lobito are at the bottom of the table with no point.
