Real Madrid manager, Carlo Ancelotti, has named forward Vinicius Jr. as the ‘most decisive player in world football.’

Ancelotti spoke after Real Madrid defeated Liverpool 5-2 in the Champions League round of 16 first-leg encounter at Anfield on Tuesday.

Goals from Vinicius, Karim Benzema and Eder Militao gave Real Madrid a first-leg advantage ahead of the second-leg next week.

“Today, in my personal opinion, he [Vinicius] is the most decisive player in world football,” Ancelotti said at his post-match press conference.

“For his continuity, he doesn’t stop, dribbles, assists, or goals. Now he is the most decisive. Hopefully, he can continue like this.”
