The semi-final fixtures of this season’s UEFA Champions League will be confirmed by Wednesday night.

The first two teams in the final four were confirmed on Tuesday.

Paris Saint-German became the first club to book their spot, despite losing 3-2 at Aston Villa.

The Ligue 1 champions raced into a two-goal lead at Villa Park, thanks to goals from their fullbacks Achraf Hakimi and Nuno Mendes.

Unai Emery’s men scored three times, but ended up exiting the competition on a 5-4 aggregate.

Barcelona travelled to Borussia Dortmund with a 4-0 victory from the first leg in Spain and lost 3-1.

Serhou Guirassy scored a hat-trick as the Bundesliga failed to overturn the deficit.

PSG will face the winner of the Real Madrid vs Arsenal tie. The Gunners travel to Spain with a 3-0 lead from the first leg.

Barcelona are waiting for the winner of the Inter Milan vs Bayern Munich tie. The Serie A giants pulled off a 2-1 win at the Allianz Arena in the first leg.
