Criminal Syndicate Terrorizing Delta Community Busted By Police, Assorted Weapons Recovered

The suspects, Bright Akpomuje, (24yrs) and Michael Ogheneruese (24yrs), both males were busted in an operation led by CSP Pius Eredie.

A criminal syndicate terrorizing Usieffurun Community in Ughelli South Local Government Area of Delta State has been arrested by a Police Patrol team from Otu-Jeremi Division.

The suspects, Bright Akpomuje, (24yrs) and Michael Ogheneruese (24yrs), both males were busted in an operation led by CSP Pius Eredie.

Police also recovered from the suspects, one locally made cut-to-size pistol and seven rounds of live cartridges.

The Delta State Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Bright Edafe who confirmed the report in a statement signed and made available to newsmen said, ” The suspects are in custody while an investigation is ongoing.”
