The Saudi Pro League have announced Cristiano Ronaldo as their player of the month winner for February.

The Portuguese, who joined Al-Nassr in January, scored eight times and made two assists as they maintained their grip on the top of the league.

His goal-scoring began with a strong showing against Al-Fateh, in which he scored a last-gasp penalty despite Al-Nassr having gone down to 10 men.

Ronaldo also scored four times against Al-Wehda in a comprehensive victory for Rudi Garcia’s team.

He also continued to perform for the Saudi outfit. He recorded two assists when they played against Al-Taawoun and won a narrow 2-1 encounter.

Their most recent fixture saw them beat Damac 3-0, with the Portuguese grabbing all three goals.
