Celebrity barman, Cubana Chief Priest, has extended financial support to content creator Lucky Udu after the latter publicly opened up about his ongoing financial challenges, despite being known for helping others rise to fame.
Lucky Udu recently took to social media to appeal for assistance, explaining that he has been facing severe financial setbacks. In a video shared online, he disclosed that his brand has suffered greatly due to negative narratives circulating about him. According to him, the popular online phrase, “If Lucky Udu posts you, your career is over,” has damaged his reputation and cost him several opportunities, including a major brand endorsement.
The influencer further revealed that he has resorted to taking loans just to keep his brand afloat, noting that the situation has become overwhelming, prompting him to speak out.
Amid the discussions and support pouring in from Nigerians, Cubana Chief Priest responded in his own humorous style, recalling how Lucky once supported his alleged baby mama without hearing both sides of the story. Despite their past disagreement, Cubana Chief Priest emphasized that he harbors no resentment and chose to help him regardless.
He went on to gift Lucky Udu ₦1 million, offering him some relief during this trying time.
