Afrobeats superstar David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, made a public appearance alongside his first child and daughter, Imade Adeleke, at the traditional wedding ceremony of his elder brother, Nicholas Adeleke.
Nicholas tied the knot with his fiancée, Jessica, on Tuesday, November 3, in Lagos, in a glamorous ceremony graced by high-profile guests, including Aliko Dangote and Bukola Saraki.
According to Legit.ng, one touching moment captured on video showed Davido’s billionaire father, Deji Adeleke, and Osun State Governor, Ademola Adeleke, respectfully prostrating before the bride’s family while formally seeking their daughter’s hand in marriage.
Another heartwarming clip featured the DMW boss posing for photos with Imade, who looked adorable beside her father. Additional footage showed Imade and other Adeleke grandchildren sharing a sweet moment with their grandfather, Deji Adeleke.
However, fans were quick to notice the absence of Davido’s wife, Chioma, at the ceremony.
