Award-winning music star Davido has reacted to the sweet message he received from his uncle, Governor Adeleke, following his Grammy loss.
Newsunplug reported that the singer, alongside Burna Boy and Ayra Starr, lost to South African singer Tyla for the Best African Music Performance award at the 2026 Grammy Awards, which was held on Sunday, February 1st.
The Osun State Governor, via his Twitter page, shared photos of Davido and his wife, Chioma, from the Grammys, expressing his pride in him.
“Proud of you always @davido”.
Responding to him, Davido affirmed his love.
“Love you, Excellency!!
We move accordingly, sir”.
