El Clasico: Xavi names Barcelona squad to face Real Madrid

Barcelona head coach, Xavi Hernández, has named his side’s squad to face Real Madrid in Sunday’s LaLiga clasico.

Xavi released a 22-man squad to tackle Real Madrid at Camp Nou.

Xavi’s squad to clash with Carlo Ancelotti’s side was announced in a post via Barcelona’s official website on Saturday.

Barcelona are currently on top of the La Liga table with nine points ahead of second position Real Madrid.

The Catalan club head to the game after defeating Athletic Club 1-0 in their last game in the La Liga.

Here is Barcelona’s squad to face Real Madrid:

Ter Stegen, Araujo, Sergio, Gavi, Lewandowski, Ansu Fati, Ferran, Iñaki Peña, Christensen, Marcos Alonso, Jordi Alba, Kessie, S. Roberto, F. De Jong, Raphinha, Kounde, Eric, Balde, Pablo Torre, Arnau Tenas and Alarcón.

The kick-off time for the match is 9 pm.
