Former Liverpool player, Danny Murphy has urged the Reds to sign Crystal Palace duo Michael Olise and Eberechi Eze if Mohamed Salah leaves the club this summer.

Salah has garnered interest from the Saudi Pro League in recent weeks

However, Murphy believes Olise and Eze could fill Salah’s void at Anfield if necessary.

Murphy shared his thoughts on talkSPORT (via Metro) about the potential changes under new manager Arne Slot, staying: “It depends on if Salah stays or goes as well.

“If Salah goes, they will bring another person in, someone’s going to have to step up and get 25 goals. I wouldn’t sell Salah unless he’s saying, “I want to go.’”

Murphy continued, “If I got £100 million for Salah, I’d give £100 million to Palace and take Olise and Eze, I’d get two for the price of one.”
