The stage is set for one of the interesting Premier League matches of this weekend when Chelsea will host Everton at Stamford Bridge.

Chelsea head to the game following a 0-0 draw with Bournemouth in their last Premier League match.

Everton, on the other hand, defeated Nottingham Forest 3-0 in their last Premier League encounter.

The Blues are currently in the fifth position on the Premier League table with 25 points from 15 games.

The Toffees, meanwhile, sit in 7th position with 24 points from 15 games.

A win for Chelsea will see them move to 4th position in the Premier League table, pending the outcome of the Crystal Palace vs Manchester City game on Sunday.

A win for Everton will see them enter the Premier League top four, ahead of Chelsea.

Chelsea manager Enzo Maresca will be without the likes of Moises Caicedo (suspended), Liam Delap (shoulder injury), Romeo Lavia (thigh injury), Levi Colwill (knee injury), Dario Essugo (thigh injury), Mykhaylo Mudryk (doping suspension) against Everton.

For Everton manager David Moyes, he will be without the likes of Seamus Coleman (hamstring injury ), Jarrad Branthwaite (hamstring injury) and Merlin Rohl (hernia injury) against the hosts.

However, Maresca will hope to defeat the visitors and enter the Premier League top-four, while Moyes will aim to plot the downfall of Chelsea in front of their home fans.

The kick-off time for the game is 4 p.m., Nigerian time.
