Manchester United captain, Bruno Fernandes, has highlighted two things the Red Devils must focus on after their humiliating defeat against Manchester City on Sunday.

Man City thrashed United 3-0 in Sunday’s Premier League derby at the Etihad Stadium.

Three goals from Phil Foden and Erling Haaland (2) secured the victory for Pep Guardiola’s side against Ruben Amorim’s men.

Speaking to Sky Sports after the game, Fernandes revealed that United need to “score goals and not concede.”

He said, “We keep creating chances to score, and we are not able to score as much as we want and we have to be more in control in certain situations.

“We conceded three goals that we could have avoided.”

Fernandes hopes United can achieve a better result when they host Chelsea next Saturday.
