Former Manchester United captain, Gary Neville has said Mauricio Pochettino is the best manager to replace Graham Potter at Chelsea.

Potter was sacked by Blues co-owner Todd Boehly on Sunday, following a 2-0 loss to Aston Villa in the Premier League.

Since then, there have been a few names linked with the job, including Julian Nagelsmann, who just got fired at Bayern Munich.

However, Neville feels Pochettino, who has previously coached Tottenham in England, would be the best fit.

“If they appoint Zidane, Enrique or Diego Simeone, they’re going to want to have another £300m as they won’t like some of the players they’ve previously signed.

“They’ve got to appoint a manager who is going to inherit and like the squad that they’ve got. – a lot of them are young – and I think that man is Mauricio Pochettino,” Neville told Sky Sports.
