Manchester United midfielder Kobbie Mainoo has named the club’s legend Wayne Rooney his favourite player.
Rooney is widely regarded as one of the greatest England footballers of all time.
The Plymouth Argyle manager had a brilliant playing career at both club and country level between 2002 and 2021.
Speaking to club media, Mainoo said: “Favourite player? Rooney! For the way he played.”
The England international added, “He could do everything.”
