Arsenal legend, Paul Merson, has hailed Manchester City’s Savinho, comparing him to Barcelona’s Lamine Yamal.
Merson spoke after watching the Brazilian put in an impressive display in City’s Premier League 4-1 win against Ipswich Town on Saturday.
He also backed Savinho to be a superstar and have a huge future in his career.
Speaking on Sky Sports, Merson said: “Savinho, oh my, what a star, he’s gonna be a superstar. He runs with the ball, but his decision-making ⁰is unbelievable.
“He reminds me a little bit of Yamal, they can dribble but their decision making… they can run with it but they get their head up and make that right pass at the right time.”
