#EPL: He’s a good dribbler, full of joy – Jurgen Klopp hails Liverpool’s latest signing

Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has hailed the club’s latest January signing Cody Gakpo, describing him as a joy to watch.

According to him, the Netherlands international has been ‘a joy to watch’ in training and is ready to make his debut against Wolves in the FA Cup on Saturday. .

The prolific forward joined the Reds last week, with Klopp’s side beating the likes of Manchester United and Chelsea to his signature.

“Yes, he is in contention. He will be involved in the squad, of course,’ Klopp told his pre-match press conference on Friday.

“He is obviously full of joy, He is a good finisher and a good dribbler. He’s a good footballer

“First impressions of him are brilliant,” the German gaffer said of the former PSV star, adding that the Dutchman is a natural footballer.

According to Klopp, Gakpo is a top goalscorer who does not need to raise his head to know where the net is.

He said the signing of the World Cup star will lift other players at Anfield.
