Manchester City boss, Pep Guardiola, has singled out striker Erling Haaland for praise after the Norway international scored the only goal in his side’s Premier League 1-0 win over Crystal Palace on Saturday.

Guardiola said Haaland always thinks positively and never gets depressed.

According to him, this is an incredible attribute for a football player.

Haaland’s penalty gave Man City all three points at Crystal Palace.

Speaking at his post-match press conference, Guardiola stated, “One of his biggest attributes I discovered and knowing him working together is the fact that he never loses his cool, he can miss one chance and he never gets depressed, he isn’t sad.

“He’s always thinking positive, the next one, he knows he will have the chance and he will be there. This is an incredible attribute for a football player.”
