Arsenal legend, Ian Wright believes Chelsea have two ‘must-win’ games coming up against Fulham and Burnley in order to help save their manager Mauricio Pochettino’s job as manager.

Pochettino arrived at Stamford Bridge this summer, tasked with turning Chelsea’s fortunes around after an awful 12th-placed finish in the Premier League last season.

This season, however, has been a tough spell for Pochettino so far.

His team has won just one of their opening six Premier League games so far this season.

Pochettino’s side recently lost 1-0 against Aston Villa at home over the weekend.

Chelsea will face Fulham on October 2 and Burnley on October 7 and Wright believes it is important the west London club pick up wins against the two teams, adding that he is starting to worry for Pochettino.

“You look at those [next 10 fixtures], a derby against Fulham and then Burnley, those are must-win games,” Wright said on The Kelly and Wrighty Show.

“You would worry for them [if they lose the next two]. You look at Chelsea and you think something is going to have to give soon. I think it is the next two games. If they don’t do it, you have to start worrying for Pochettino.”
