Former Manchester United full-back, Danny Simpson has noted that three Red Devils stars are not worthy of playing for the club.

He said that the three players ‘do not work in the Premier League.’

According to him, the likes of Patrick Dorgu, Noussair Mazraoui and Diogo Dalot are not helping Ruben Amorim’s team.

“I just don’t think that can work in the Premier League,” he said on Stadium Astro

Simpson, a former Leicester City man said this after watching the Red Devils thrashed 3-0 by Manchester City in the Premier League on Sunday.

Erling Haaland netted twice after Phil Foden had opened the scoring in the first half.

“The ball goes to Dorgu on the left. City let him have it [because they know] he’s not going to hurt you.

“He’ll try and run up and down all day, but we’ve got nothing down the flanks.

“But when you’ve got Dorgu or Mazraoui or Dalot, I just don’t think that can work in the Premier League.”

The defeat meant that the Red Devils have only been able to win one of their four Premier League games so far.

They drew one and lost two of those matches, sitting 14th on the table.
