Manchester United legend, Jaap Stam, has named two good players the Red Devils should sign as midfielder Casemiro’s replacement.
Casemiro will leave Man United at the end of the season as a free agent, having moved to Old Trafford a few years ago.
However, Stam wants United to sign Brighton’s Carlos Baleba or Barcelona’s Frenkie de Jong to replace the Brazilian.
I really like Carlos Baleba and think he could replace Casemiro at Manchester United,” Stam told TEAMtalk about players Man United should sign as Casemiro’s replacement.
“I also like Frenkie de Jong, too, but it looks like he will be staying at Barcelona beyond the summer. Manchester United need a replacement that has good legs and the engine to run up and down the field and is very good with the ball.”
