Former Manchester United player, Odion Jude Ighalo, has described the club as the biggest and best club in the world.

Ighalo, a die-hard Man United fan said this while rejoicing over the team’s 3-2 win against Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium on Sunday night.

Manchester United scored three goals to win the game, with Bryan Mbeumo, Patrick Dorgu, and Matheus Cunha all scoring to help the team get the win.

After the game, Ighalo shared on social media his happiness about the result and also made a comment about Arsenal fans.

“Manchester United, we are back, the biggest and best club in the whole world. We are going to keep them quiet this time,” Ighalo said on Instagram

The former Nigerian international followed up on his reaction by posting on his Instagram story, teasing Arsenal fans after their loss. He added, “The quiet from Arsenal fans on social media is proudly sponsored by Manchester United.”

The ex-Super Eagles player moved to Manchester United on a loan deal from Shanghai Shenhua in the winter transfer window of 2020.

When he arrived, the former Watford striker became the first Nigerian-born player to play for the club.

While he was at Old Trafford for a brief time, Ighalo managed to score five goals and provide one assist in 23 matches across all competitions.
