Epl: Only Thing That’ll Stop Arsenal From Winning Title – Oliseh

Former Super Eagles coach, Sunday Oliseh, has stated that the only thing that will stop Arsenal from winning the Premier League title this year is ‘Arsenal’.

Oliseh spoke during a recent interview on his Sunday Oliseh’s Global Football Insights.

The former Juventus midfielder believes Arsenal still don’t have that 100 per cent belief that they can win the English top-flight league this term.

NEWSUNPLUG reports that Arsenal are currently on top of the Premier League table with 53 points from 24 matches.

Mikel Arteta’s side is six points ahead of second-position Manchester City on the log.

“The only thing that will stop Arsenal from winning the title is this year Arsenal,” Oliseh said.

“This is one of the worst Manchester City teams I have seen in years, and the surprising thing is that what are they doing in second place? This league should have been over if it were not the Premier League.

“Because we said earlier that in the Premier League, the last can be the first, that is why Arsenal is still there, and secondly, what is holding Arsenal back? Why are they not ten points ahead? It’s because the 100 percent belief is still not there.”
