Arsenal legend, Ray Parlour, has predicted Manchester United to finish in the third position on the Premier League table this season, behind Manchester City and Arsenal.

Parlour also said Man United would be ‘one of the favourites for the Premier League title next season.

Speaking ahead of Man United’s EFL Cup final with Newcastle on Sunday, Parlour told AceOdds: “What a signing Erik ten Hag has been. “I didn’t doubt him at the start of his coming in.

“He had a few problems, obviously, Cristiano Ronaldo was his big problem. I think they have improved as a team again.

“I think they will certainly be challenging for the title next year, but this season I think they will finish third.”

“They will try to chase down Man City and Arsenal, but I think they will be third, which will be Champions League football.”
