Former Manchester United captain, Roy Keane, has claimed that Arsenal are a better all-round team than Liverpool.
Speaking on the recent episode of The Overlap, Keane said the Gunners’ astute defence will be an advantage in the title race.
Arsenal are currently three points clear at the top of the Premier League table, ahead of Manchester City.
Following a 2-1 home defeat to United, Liverpool are now four points off the summit.
So far, Arsenal have conceded only three times in the league, while the champions have let in 11 goals, while scoring 14.
Keane said: “I think the biggest problem is defensively, going forward there is still a goal threat, they have got quality.
“But defensively… We said at the start of the season going back to the Community Shield, they were giving chances away but were still scoring.
“Now that has dried up they are still giving up loads of chances and loads of goals. That is the biggest issue.
“Arsenal are attacking and defending as a team, but Liverpool are disjointed.”
