Arsenal winger Bukayo Saka has named two players who helped him settle at the club in his early days.
Saka was promoted to Arsenal’s first team in 2018 and has impressed consistently for the Gunners since then.
In a recent interview with the BBC, the England international identified David Luiz and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang as the players who supported him when he first joined the senior squad.
He said: “I always talk about David Luiz and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang – they both helped me a lot when I came into the team.
“How they welcomed me, for me, I was quite calm, of course coming into Arsenal, these were like my heroes.
“Players I watched from the stands and now I have the opportunity to play with them, so it was a completely different experience for me and I didn’t know how to manage it.”
