Manchester United legend, Rio Ferdinand has mocked Aston Villa manager Unai Emery following the Red Devils’ 1-0 victory over the Villians on Sunday.

Red Devils beat Emery’s side in the Premier League on Sunday to further cement their fourth place in the table.

Ferdinand wants the former Villarreal manager to ‘know his place’ after their 10-match unbeaten streak came to an end at Old Trafford.

Bruno Fernandes’ first half strike was all the Red Devils needed to seal a victory inside the Theatre of Dreams.

Speaking on his FIVE podcast, Ferdinand told Emery to ‘sit down’ and ‘know his place’.

“We stopped their 10-game unbeaten run. Unai Emery was producing miracles, and who steps up to stop him?

“Bruno, sit back down, Unai. Have a reality check and know your place.”
