Mikel Arteta has hailed his new signing, Leandro Trossard saying the Belgian impact was felt during his debut against Manchester United on Sunday.
Arteta said the former Brighton forward has arrived at the Emirates Stadium to help Arsenal and has made an impact straight away.
Arsenal will go head to head with fellow Premier League contenders, Man City in the FA Cup fourth round at the Etihad on Friday.
Arteta reserved special praise for the Belgium international, Trossard who joined the club for £20million from Brighton.
“Straight away he had a beautiful impact on the team to help us to win,” Arteta told his pre-match press conference on Wednesday.
“That’s what I like. I see a player that is willing to make things happen and he is especially composed in the final third and is something we needed to add to the team.
