Chelsea forward, Raheem Sterling has named three things new manager Mauricio Pochettino will bring to the Blues.

Pochettino was officially confirmed as Chelsea’s new manager on Monday.

The former Tottenham Hotspur and Paris Saint-Germain coach signed a two-year contract with an option for a one-year extension.

However, Sterling believes Pochettino will bring leadership, bring in a personality that everyone is going to respect at Stamford Bridge and challenge Chelsea players both physically and mentally.

“From his time before at Tottenham, I heard a conversation about him and he is the exact person that we need,” Sterling told Arab News.

“He will bring leadership, he will challenge players physically and mentally and I think he is going to come here and he is going to have the personality that everyone is going to respect. That’s what we need, someone in charge,” he said.
