WBC heavyweight world champion, Tyson Fury has sent a welcome message to Manchester United’s new signing, Mason Mount.
Mount joined Man United from Premier League rivals Chelsea on Wednesday.
The England international joined the Red Devils on a reported £60 million, including add-ons.
Manchester United had earlier posted a video of Mount trying out the club’s home kit for the first time.
However, Fury, who boasts an impressive 33-0-1 professional boxing record, shared the video on his Instagram stories and wrote: “Welcome @MasonMount”.
The 34-year-old Manchester-born boxer is a long-time fan of the Old Trafford club.
Meanwhile, Mount will wear the iconic number 7 jersey at Man United. Recall that the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo, David Beckham and Eric Cantona have all worn the jersey number before.
