Former Liverpool defender, Jamie Carragher has spoken about how Arsenal can trump Manchester City to the title this season.
Mikel Arteta’s men are currently top of the table, five points clear of the defending champions.
On Thursday night, Riyad Mahrez grabbed the only goal for City, as they kept pace with the Gunners.
Next week will prove to be crucial in the title race. City take on Manchester United at Old Trafford, a day before Arsenal travel to Tottenham in the North London Derby.
Carragher, speaking on Sky Sports, said Arsenal might not need to depend on others to help them stop City.
“If Arsenal want to win the title, I reckon they’ve got to take four points off Manchester City,” he said.
