Nottingham Forest’s Igor Jesus and Ludogorets’ Petar Stanić are the current leading top scorers in the UEFA Europa League.

Jesus and Stanić both have seven goals each to their names.

This follows the conclusion of the Europa League quarter-final first leg fixtures played on Thursday.

Recall that Aston Villa defeated Bologna 3-1 in Italy, while Nottingham Forest played a 1-1 draw with FC Porto.

Braga drew 1-1 with Real Betis, while Freiburg thrashed Celta Vigo 3-0.

However, here are the leading top scorers in the Europa League after this week’s matches:

7 goals – Igor Jesus (Nottingham Forest) and Petar Stanić (Ludogorets).

6 goals – Kerem Aktürkoğlu (Fenerbahçe)

5 goals – Antony (Real Betis), Dion Beljo (GNK Dinamo), Federico Bernardeschi (Bologna) and Bilal El Khannouss (Stuttgart).

Meanwhile, the Europa League quarter-final second leg fixtures will take place next week.
