One Amb Lawrence Paul, spotted a man he claims to be the tallest man in Minna.
“Today I saw this high breed Tallest Man Minna at NSTA. The guy just dey look at everybody for center of their head for the pack oooooo,” he wrote in a Facebook post on Saturday, February 22.
