Nigerian socialite Pascal Okechukwu, popularly known as Cubana Chiefpriest, has been appointed as the Director of the City Boy Movement (CBM) in Imo State.
CBM, a youth-focused organization supporting President Bola Tinubu’s 2027 re-election campaign, made the announcement on its Instagram page on Saturday, February 7.
Her brother, Kingsley Nwangene, shared the official obituary on Instagram via his page @official_kaybaba1, confirming the details of her final rites. He captioned the post, “Till I see you again,” which has since drawn an outpouring of condolences from fans, friends, and colleagues in the music industry.
According to the obituary, a service of songs will be held in Lagos on February 10, 2026, at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Abule Oshun, Dansa, starting at 4:00 pm. This will be followed by a requiem mass at the same venue by 6:00 pm.
Nanyah will be laid to rest in her hometown, Enugu State, on February 14, 2026. A thanksgiving service will take place the following day, February 15, in her honor, allowing loved ones and fans to celebrate her life and musical journey.
Her untimely passing has left many shocked, with tributes continuing to pour in across social media.
