Four countries have qualified for the quarter-final stage of the ongoing FIFA U-20 World Cup in Chile.

This follows the conclusion of the Round of 16 fixtures between Argentina and Nigeria, and also South Africa and Colombia, played on Wednesday night.

The four countries that have made it to the last-8 so far are Argentina, Colombia, Mexico and Spain.

Argentina and Colombia were the latest teams to advance to the quarter-final stage.

Argentina thrashed Nigeria 4-0 to qualify for the quarter-final stage.

Colombia, on their own part, defeated South Africa 3-1 to also progress to the quarter-final stage.

Meanwhile, more Round of 16 matches will take place on Thursday.

Paraguay will face Norway, Japan will tackle France, and USA will clash with Italy.
