Tylor Chase’s appears to be doing really poorly since he made headlines last year.
The former Nickelodeon star has reportedly been sleeping on his mom’s porch with a short plywood installed to cover him from public glare.

Last year, a video of Tyler looking unrecognisable while living on the streets went viral and his fellow Nickelodeon former stars rallied around him, even providing him food and a hotel to stay in. They also raised money to get him medical help.
Authorities previously shared that Chase has been declining medical help and housing, and it was pretty much the same case as he went back to the streets after his former colleagues tried to help.
Tylor Chase’s dad previously opened up about his battle with addiction and mental health issues, but explained that he has refused to get help.
New photos shared by the New York Post show Tylor Chase looking dishevelled while smoking a pipe on his mom’s porch in California amid his ongoing battle with substance abuse.
According to the news outlet, the former actor has been seeking shelter behind a makeshift wooden plank on his mother’s porch, although it’s not known if he’s welcome inside the house or is just being allowed to sleep outside.
His mom, Paula Moisio, described the home as a “safe space” for him as he continues to battle homelessness.
The former child star made headlines last year when he was seen sorting through a dumpster looking for food close to a 7-Eleven.

Neighbors who live close to his mom’s house say he has become quite an unfortunate fixture in the neighborhood, but it remains unclear if any sort of complaints have been tendered.
Chase rose to fame after he played the role of Martin Qwerly in Nickelodeon’s “Ned’s Declassified School Survival Guide.”

After he recently went viral in a video shared on social media, his sorry state left fans concerned, with many offering to help via a GoFundMe that generated more than $1200.
However, his mom shut it down, saying he would use it to get drugs, and what he needs is medical attention, not money.
His father revealed last year that the family has been dealing with the situation for well over a decade now, explaining that Chase is a “wonderful person” when he’s himself, but his drug addiction problems have taken the better of him.
“For over a decade, the family has sought treatment options for Tylor, including support for substance use as well as mental health care,” he said. “In addition to addiction, Tylor has been diagnosed with bipolar disorder and schizophrenia, which require consistent medical treatment.”
