Nollywood actress Funke Akindele has fired back at a social media critic who mocked her for using a “yellow and black plastic bag” to package food for her guests.
The incident unfolded after the movie star shared a video on Snapchat showing how she entertained some of her crew members at her home.
As they were leaving, Akindele handed them food neatly packed in the plastic bags. However, one viewer quickly took a jab at her choice, commenting:
“Aunty Funke, you are not posh at all. Why use yellow and black nylon?”
Unfazed by the remark, the actress who has often faced similar scrutiny responded sharply, reminding critics that she lives life on her own terms.
