Governor Sanwo-Olu effected the arrest of a soldier and four others who were plying one-way with their motorcycles along Lagos-Badagry Expressway on Tuesday morning, January 2.

The erring riders left their motorcycles and passengers upon sighting the convoy of Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu.

One of the offenders – a lance corporal in the Army – was arrested with his bike. He tried to apologise to the Governor for his behaviour but Sanwo-Olu wouldn’t have it and called him a useless boy.
