Governor Soludo has explained why he’s yet to fulfil his campaign promise of making Anambra the ‘’Dubai-Taiwan of Nigeria.”
Speaking at a recent event, Soludo said some people feel making Anambra Dubai-Taiwan is ensuring that skyscrapers spring up everywhere.
However, he said that is not the case as you can’t do that with an ”illiterate population.” Soludo stated that education is needed to bring his campaign promise to reality.
