Controversial singer Portable has reacted to the death of fast-rising singer Destiny Boy.
Newsunplug reported that the singer, whose real name was Afeez Adeshina, died suddenly on January 18, 2026, and soon after.
In a video captured online, Portable, who was recently released from prison, blamed bloggers for having a hand in his death. He said this is the reason his mother was disturbing him for money before his death.
Taking a swipe at Wizkid, the controversial singer said Destiny was a better singer but didn’t have any helpers. Praying against untimely death, he dragged Small Doctor for faking tears as he questioned what he did for the singer when he was alive.
“Destiny Boy, we miss you. He knew how to sing better than Wizkid, but he didn’t have any helpers. God, please don’t let me d!e young. Make sure you don’t d!e because there is fake love everywhere.
