Nigerian gospel music artiste, Frank Edwards has joined millions of Christians around the world in mourning the death of renowned American gospel singer and worship leader, Dr Ron Kenoly, who passed away at the age of 81.
The Nigerian gospel star expressed his grief in an emotional post shared online, describing Kenoly’s passing as a great loss to the body of Christ.

Born on December 6, 1944, in Coffeyville, Kansas, United States, Ron Kenoly gained international recognition in the 1990s for his energetic praise style and scripture-filled worship songs that revolutionized church services worldwide.
Hits like Ancient of Days, Jesus Is Alive, I See the Lord, and Lift Him Up became staples in churches, conferences, and prayer meetings around the globe.
Kenoly also served for years as a pastor and worship leader at Jubilee Christian Center in San Jose, California. Beyond his music, he was a respected teacher on worship, leadership, and spiritual growth, inspiring generations of pastors, worship leaders, and gospel artistes.
